The breakfast had a really good selection of buffet items! freshly squeezed orange juice was brought to my table. i also had a cocktail in the bar one evening. The bartender made me a great pina colada.

The location proved very convenient. It was close to many sights. I especially liked the breakfast. It included a wide variety of tasty options. The rooftop plunge pool was a lovely amenity, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of sightseeing.
I found the lack of shelving in the shower room to be a bit inconvenient. There was also no designated space to store suitcases.

the room was smaller than expected it was not the double comfort i booked i felt misled by the photos and the actual room i received the bathroom had an unpleasant odor i will not return to any hotel in this chain the room layout was also inefficient it lacked practical use

the family room was quite small , the cleaning was poor with dust everywhere , and when i called to complain , nothing changed. the sofa bed was uncomfortable and the interior balconies were dark and did not open.

The room included rituals toiletries. These smelled lovely! a pod coffee machine was also in the room. i requested a tea station. It was promptly brought to the room. complimentary water was provided! i used the robes, too. the airport bus had easy access to the location.
the desk was somewhat unhelpful. this was incomparable to the great restaurant staff! they were polite and hospitable.
